Scotty’s original release clip model, the Snapper is a traditional clothes-peg style clip that is spring loaded and fitted with soft pads to provide positive grip on monofilament fishing line.

The Scotty Snapper Line Release clips have self-locating snap and 18” wire leaders. The fishing line is gripped between the soft pads and variable release tension is attained by moving the line in or out of the jaws.
